What We Are Looking For:

GIV is a staffing agency who is looking for a resourceful candidate who will help solve staffing needs. The candidate plays a key role in supporting recruiting and hiring process from start to finish. GIV is located in Chula Vista, CA. The candidate must be local to San Diego.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms and maintain accurate job listings
• Maintain strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates as needed
• Ensure a positive customer and candidate experience and timely communication

 Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)

• 2 years experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
•          Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel Skills required
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and candidates
